Yes, if you already have one sellable skill. It assumes zero clients outside the platforms — it does not teach you the skill itself.
I don't have a US bank account. Can I use this?
That is the entire point. Every rail in the matrix is checked for whether it works from Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya — with or without a US entity.

Do I have to leave Upwork or Fiverr?
No. The goal is reducing dependence, not burning platforms. Stage 1 alone (switching your payout rail) is worth the effort. Outreach scripts are written for new direct clients and clients who have already moved off-platform. We do NOT tell you how to move clients off Upwork/Fiverr in violation of their terms of service — read the platforms' current off-platform rules before making any change.
What about stablecoins / USDC?
